Are you available overnight and early in the morning?
Yes. We operate 24 hours a day. A 2:00 or 3:00 a.m. pickup for a 6:00 a.m. departure is a normal reservation for us.
Which airports do you serve?
JFK, LGA, EWR and ISP, plus the private aviation airports at Westhampton (FOK), East Hampton (HTO), Montauk (MTP), Farmingdale (FRG), Teterboro (TEB) and Westchester County Airport in White Plains (HPN). Private flights are met at the airport’s FBO, the private aviation terminal.
Can I book on behalf of someone else?
Yes. Assistants, estate managers and travel agents book most of our rides. Send the passenger’s name and the trip details; the written confirmation is yours to forward.
Who are your chauffeurs?
Professionals in a suit who are background-checked and drug-tested. They open the door, handle the luggage and keep the ride quiet and private.
What vehicle will arrive?
A new, meticulously maintained luxury SUV. For groups we also run Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans, luxury shuttle buses, mini coaches and motor coaches.
Can you arrange my car when I land in another city?
Yes. When you travel from New York to Miami, Los Angeles or another destination, we can arrange your ground transportation there in advance, with one point of contact for every transfer.
Do you speak Spanish?
